Mantini Motors ("we," "us," "our") operates internal tools ("Mantini OS") that help us respond to customer communications, including comments on our own social media accounts. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

What we collect. When you comment on our Instagram content, our tools access the information Instagram makes available for that comment: your Instagram username, the comment text, and the associated post. We access this only for content on accounts we own.

How we use it. We use this information solely to read, organize, and respond to your comment — including drafting a reply that a member of our team reviews before it is posted. We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties for their own purposes.

AI processing. We use automated tools to help categorize comments and draft suggested replies. A human reviews and approves any reply before it is sent. No automated reply is posted without human approval.

Storage and retention. Comment data is stored securely in our internal system for as long as needed to manage and respond to the conversation, and is deleted when no longer needed for that purpose.

Data deletion. You may request that we delete the information associated with your comment at any time by emailing [privacy@mantini.co or mantinimotors@gmail.com] with your Instagram username and the request. We will delete the associated records promptly. You can also delete your comment directly on Instagram, which removes it from public view.

Third-party platforms. Our tools interact with Instagram via Meta's official API and are subject to Meta's Platform Terms and Instagram's own policies. This policy covers only our own handling of your information.
